200 Free Calls

Once you complete the registration process an automated email will be sent to the email address provided asking that you confirm the reciept of the email by authorizing the account using the link provided in the body of the email. Once this step is complete you will recieve another email with your 200 call credit for Call Point.

To get started using your credit navigate to the Call Point application and start by creating a new Call Campaign, entering or uploading phone numbers, and upload or record a new prompt using our record by phone system. Once your Call Campaign is ready choose "Start Campaign", provide your payment method, and the Call Campaign will begin calling the phone numbers you provided. Once the Call Campaign is complete your credit will be subtracted off the number of "connected" calls. For example, if your Call Campaign has 1,000 phone numbers and 500 connected your credit would mean you only pay for 300 calls. Remember you never pay for calls that did not connect, that is, bad or disconnected numbers, busy numbers, numbers where there was no answer, etc. In addition if your Call Campaign only connected just a few calls any credit remaining will apply to the next Call Campaign.
